Στο καθεστώς Επιχειρηματικότητα 360^ο του νέου Αναπτυξιακού Νόμου είναι η ενίσχυση του συνόλου των επενδυτικών σχεδίων που υπάγονται στον παρόντα πλην συγκεκριμένων κατηγοριών για τις οποίες θεσπίζονται ειδικά καθεστώτα, τα οποία αφορούν στην υλοποίηση αρχικών επενδύσεων και τη δυνατότητα πραγματοποίησης πρόσθετων δαπανών, προς όφελος των επιχειρηματικών πρωτοβουλιών και της εθνικής οικονομίας.

Beneficiaries

Investment projects are supported

i. extraction of marble and other limestone for monuments or buildings (ID
08.11.11) and the quarrying of granite, sandstone and other stones for monuments or buildings
(building stone) (SIC 08.11.12), when carried out by undertakings with
existing or pending the completion of investment projects of quarrying,
acquired manufacturing activity.

seawater desalination (CN code 36.00.20.01), when carried out in
island areas with the use of renewable energy sources without being included in the assisted
costs.

iii. the production of films, videos and television programmes,
sound recordings and music publishing (CN codes 59 and 60.10.2, 60.20.1, 60.20.2., 60.20.3,
63.11.2, 63.11.21, 63.11.22) for the creation of permanent ‘studios’.

iv. Real estate management (code 68.32.13.00) for development and
management of public utilities, provided that they concern the establishment or expansion and are carried out in
over three hundred (300) acres.

v. Land services (SIC 93.11.10.01) with the construction of at least six (6) lots; and
Swimming pool services (swimming pool) with dimensions of more than 25 meters exclusively for
sports purposes.

vi. Laundry Engineering Services (SIC 96.01.19.02) and Ironmongery Services
Clothes repair (CN code 96.01.13.01), the activity of which concerns, in excess of
60% of the activity involves services to hospitals, hotels, retirement homes, etc. and the minimum amount of
exceeds EUR 1 million.

vii. Establishment of convalescence and rehabilitation centres, as defined by
as defined in Article 10 of Law No. 10. 2072/1992 (A’ 125) and investment projects for the provision of housing
Assisted Living for Persons with Disabilities, in accordance with Article 30 of the same Act
Law, with a minimum amount of more than one (1) million euro.

viii. Provision of services for retirement homes (code 87.30.11.01) with a minimum amount of more than one
(1 million euros).
