Improving the energy efficiency of enterprises in the tertiary sector

It is specifically addressed to: Micro, small, small, medium, large and very large enterprises of the Greek Territory, with a Greek VAT number, operating in the sectors of trade, services, catering, bakery and confectionery production, as well as tourism with a capacity not exceeding 200 beds

The aim of the programme is the energy upgrade of buildings and non-building facilities of existing enterprises -very small, small, medium, large and very large- in the Greek territory, operating in eligible Activity Code Numbers (ACNs) in the sectors of trade, services, catering, bakery and confectionery production, and tourism, with the aim of saving energy in the tertiary sector (trade and services and tourism), reducing emissions of pollutants that contribute to the worsening of the greenhouse effect and achieving a cleaner environment.

What is supported:

Beneficiary businesses will receive support for the implementation of interventions concerning: energy upgrading of building envelopes (e.g. Energy saving in space heating systems (e.g. thermal insulation, installation of shading systems), energy saving in space heating systems (replacement of boilers by heat pumps), but also space cooling (replacement of refrigerators), ventilation, hot water, replacement of energy-intensive equipment related to the production process of the services provided (e.g. ovens, refrigerators), etc. The aid rate for eligible costs may be up to 65 %. It depends on the type of equipment and the size of the enterprise.
